Can I get the deposit back?

No. Your course is custom work made for you alone, so the $97 is non-refundable. Please be sure before you pay.

How long does production take?

It depends on your topic and how much material you already have. Your team member confirms a delivery date with you during intake.

What do you need from me?

Your topic, who the course is for, and whatever you already have — notes, slides, documents, recordings, an outline. Rough is fine. Your team member walks you through it after your deposit.

When do I pay the balance?

On delivery. You watch the full course first; then we send you a secure payment link for the balance.

Why is the first version watermarked?

So you can review the entire finished course before paying the balance. It streams from a private link and can’t be downloaded. The clean, unwatermarked version is released once the balance is paid.

Will I have to get on a sales call?

No. There’s no pitch and no call to book. After your deposit, a team member reaches out to handle your intake — that’s onboarding, not selling.
